The ingredients are great. Smash a banana and add to the batter for better flavor. My toddler loves these.

We really enjoy this brand of pancakes. I add some almond meal and sometimes mashed sweet potatoes to bulk up the protein and other nutrients since we eat primarily vegan. I add a little milk to compensate. Fabulous!

These actually make a great pancake in both consistency and taste- I do find though that I don't end up following the instructions for the amount of water to put in and just add what I need to get the consistency that I want. Great flavor, easy to make, and an easy way to get extra collagen, which was recommended to me for healing my gut. I took off a star because I swear some of the flax seeds get a little rancid and I really wish this company among many others would stop putting flax in everything for this reason. I also wish the price was a little less, but I will pay for healthy convenience.

I like this product because I can eat them and feel very satisfied. Caveat for those who care about really eating something in the shape of a pancake, I have personally had a bit of a challenge getting it to form a pancake. But then again, I am not the most patient cook. In any event, I love the flavor and enjoy eating them, whatever the shape turns out to be.

As a 1st time buyer of grain-free pancake mix I wasn't sure how I would like this mix. I made a batch of easy-to-make (& even easier to EAT!) pancakes, topped with blueberries & syrup. Then, after the 1st bite, sat in heaven & ate (in, "no one talk to me, I'm having a moment" mode). If you have texture issues, for me, the texture was a bit chewier than traditional pancakes but I really liked the texture, the taste & how they even puffed up on my griddle like any other pancake. I have a waffle maker & will use that for the next batch. I would recommend this to anyone.

My husband is gluten free and we’ve tried many kinds of pancake mix. This is by far the best flavor and texture for us. Glad to have found them here in bulk and for a better price than our local grocer. High quality item!

I have purchased the ‘purely Elizabeth waffle & pancake mix’ a few times, and has never disappointed. It is such a wholesome and rich, delicious flavour and knowing it is natural and healthy, makes it all the more wonderful!
