Efficient and comfortable manual breast pump that’s easy to use
I bought this Medela Harmony manual breast pump after seeing many moms recommend it, and I absolutely love it. It helps me express a good amount of breast milk in less time than my electric pump. Since I suffer from carpal tunnel, I appreciate how easy it is to use without causing any flare ups.The design feels comfortable, and the Flex technology really makes a difference with the fit. I also like the included cap and stand for storing breast milk right after pumping, which makes the whole process smooth and convenient.I would highly recommend this pump to any mom looking for an effective, portable, and easy-to-clean manual breast pump.

My Unexpected Breastfeeding Bestie!
Alright, fellow milk-makers, let me tell you, I've got a whole parade of fancy, expensive, hospital-grade electric pumps sitting in my cabinet, collecting dust like they're competing for the "most neglected appliance" award. Why? Because I fell head over heels for the humble, mighty, and utterly fantastic **Medela manual breast pump**. This thing isn't just good; it's my *only* pump, and honestly, it's been a total game-changer.Seriously, who knew a little hand-powered contraption could outperform the big guns? This pump is ridiculously **easy to use** – no confusing settings, no tangled cords, just pure, unadulterated milk extraction magic. It's so intuitive, you could probably use it in your sleep (and let's be real, you probably will during those early morning feeds). But the real unsung hero? How gloriously **easy it is to clean!** No complex nooks and crannies for milk to hide in, just a few simple parts that rinse clean in a flash. My expensive electric pumps practically require an engineering degree and a full archaeological dig to properly sanitize, while this Medela manual is ready for action again in minutes. And for all my fellow mamas with unique needs, here's another bonus: **most universal flange inserts work great with it!** This was a huge win for comfort and efficiency, allowing me to customize my pumping experience without being tethered to proprietary parts. So, if you're drowning in expensive pumping gear and feeling overwhelmed, do yourself a favor and snag a Medela manual pump. It's affordable, efficient, and will probably become your favorite secret weapon against engorgement and low supply. It's truly the little pump that could!

Best hand pump I have tried!
I tried a lansinoh hand pump and this one is way superior! It helps that I am a medela pump user so I have a bunch of the same types of bottles to screw onto this, but also my milk responds so much better to this pump! Easy enough to disassemble and get washed up. I keep it in the car now for when I need to pump but don't have a wall plug. Great for air travel also!

Very helpful to have
Very handy to have. Works well for me and great for traveling or for a quick pump. Mine did start to lose suction at one point but I just replaced the yellow valve for silicone valve and it works perfectly. I prefer to use this over my electric pump

Little time? On the go? This pump is for you!
This product is PUMPIN’ - literally!I just ordered my fourth one of these! Not because it isn’t reliable - but because it is! I love having these for when I am on the go and need to pump.As a full-time working mom, these are so helpful to take to work with me when I have a little amount of time. Nobody wants to be tied down - and this has been an absolute lifesaver! It empties me so fast. The only downside is sometimes the o-ring falls out, but it is easy to order a replacement to get it working perfectly again.

Must have in your breastfeeding arsenal
I don’t typically write reviews on Amazon but felt compelled to share my positive experience. This little hand pump works so well and has made my life so much easier. It’s wonderful for those times when baby is too sleepy to eat and you need to empty or when you’re engorged. It’s simple to clean with less parts and empties me very well and quickly. Absolutely love this and it’s affordable and simple. I don’t use as my primary pump but it’s great to have in your breastfeeding arsenal.

IBCLC Recommended, Mom Approved!
My lactation consultant suggested this pump and I'm very impressed with it so far. It has a shorter side to press to help with getting the letdown and the longer side fully empties me in 5-8 minutes. It has great suction that pulls but doesn't pinch. Of course you will need to measure yourself and make sure to get the proper insert for your size.I also appreciate that there aren't a million little parts to clean and keep track of and everything fits together easily. Plus it's small enough to put in a little lunch box and bring on the go if you need to.Overall, this is a great manual pump! I own two other brands and this one is by far my favorite.

Easy to use hand pump
✅ Pros: easy to assemble and use, two “settings”❌ Cons: hand pump can sometimes stick and not have suction🧠 Overall thoughts: I like having a hand pump in addition to my electric pump. It’s nice in the beginning to have when your milk is coming in if you’re learning to breastfeed and don’t want to fully empty with an electric pump. I also like having this when weaning from breastfeeding to not fully empty.
