good item for rhe back pain

This is the small max strength deep heat. I would advise everyone to test a pea size amount first. Its great but apply small amount to prevent uncomfortable burning feeling. Small amount on my back was lovely. Does not cure my back pains but it does give it some relief.

It’s very strong smelling. Definitely feel heat in it. Do not put it on any skin that’s broken/very red because it will feel like it’s burning. wash hands really well after use as smell will linger for ages. The heat definitely helped with my sciatica pain

Very soothing and effective.

Better than some but not as effective as the Deep Heat spray.
