I am someone that definitely does not drink enough water so these are a great solution to make sure I stay hydrated. I probably drink these more than I need to (I will usually use a few a day) but they taste great and help make up for not drinking enough water during the day. Love that these just dissolve in the water and I don't have to worry about powders that I need to mix in the water (especially if you are using these in a water bottle on the go). I have purchased these a handful of times now. All the flavors in the variety pack taste good, there is not one that I avoid drinking because I don't like it. I just hope they continue to be made and are not discontinued as I will be very upset to have to find replacements.

It dissolves quickly. And the flavor (mixed berry) is great. It would be nice if a groove is added to make it easy to cut the tablet in half inorder to insert one in a water bottle. I usually find myself struggling to cut it in half.

My favorite electrolytes tablet. I take these every day to stay hydrated, I take 2-3 a day. I really notice it when I miss a day or two. These have improved my hydration and health significantly. I drink a lot of caffeine so I need to drink plenty of water to counterbalance my coffee intake. Taking these prevents my gut from spasms. I love the flavor variety. Tropical is my favorite. I add some flavored water drops to enhance the flavor. These have low sugar and 5 electrolytes which is more than the other brands! They’re also significantly cheaper!! Love this I take these every day!!

Bought the Sport Combo pack again. Love this stuff. Reliable and convenient packaging and a perfect combination of supplements. It's not too sweet at all, love the little bit of fizz. Only weird thing is packaging sometimes and getting a box with all different expiration dates inside, ranging from (this year) 2025 to 2027.

Bought these for our Disney trip and they were great. Instead of wasting money on drinks we got free water from the park and added a tablet for flavor and hydration and it got us through 5 days of Disney and universal for a family of 4! Highly recommend!

Tried one table yesterday, it did take a few minutes to dissolve nice flavor to it was the berry wasn't over powering to the pallet looking forward to trying the rest felt refreshed after

I tried these the other day in water. Cutting grass and doing yard work. Usually im totally worn out in the evening. I used these in the water I drank through out the day. That evening I was tired, but not totally wiped out like I normally am. It was 95° that day. The taste of the drink is not like any other sport drink. It's effervescent like alka-seltzer but flavored. I believe it helped my body recover quicker than it normally does. My overalls were saturated with sweat most of the afternoon. . I would recommend these
