Chesapeake Bay CandleMind & Body Smart Diffuser, Brown, Works with Alexa

This item was so sweet I bought it three times to give it to each one of my sons it provides a relaxing comfort as the colors change and a soft list of essential oil’s which you choose to you liking very nice item

The link to access the Alexa connection is dead. The instructions say to download Chesapeake App...but none are on Google Play.

The product I received was completely used. It was still wet all over (inside, outside) including the box it came with was soaked. You can even smell the oils. I’m completely disappointed. I was extremely excited and wanted to disregard the other reviews and have my own opinion. But clearly it didn’t work that way.

Could not get this steam out and followed the directions over and over to no result. I also tried to work it using the application and Alexa to no success. Returned!

A couple months after it had been working fine it simply won't start up or turn on anymore. I took extremely good care of it, cleaned it as instructed and only used filtered water and it's still broken. My daughter has a cheap one in her room that has worked for 2 years (and we clean it the same way) and with no issues. Such a bummer. It did sync up with our echo show but it was just as easy to hit the on and off button so the benefits are small. Looking for another diffuser now that is not a Cheaseapeake Bay product, that's for sure.

Instructions sent are for a different unit and cant get it to sync with our android or iPhone. Cant even get it to link with our network. Will probably return

stop misting now it’s just a light that changes color. Don’t waste your money.
