Good quality for a good price
The WiMius K3 7200 is simply an amazing projector, I've been using it for a few days now but I'm absolutely satisfiedThe purpose was to have a home cinema. The specification:- 1920x1080P native resolution, 10,000:1 contrast ratio, 7,200 lumen, 16.8M full colour- Projection size: 50-300" (1.27-7.62m)- Built-in dual 10W stereo speaker with SRS sound effect- Inputs: HDMI (x2), VGA, USB (x2), AV plus direct WiFi connection (for mirroring)- Dimensions approx: 23.5cm (L), 31cm (W), 11cm (H)- Weight ~2.5kgIn the box comes a selection of cables (power, HDMI, AV, VGA), remote control (no batteries) , lens cloth, height adjustment screw along with an instruction manual (English, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese). The projector is very easy to set up - I used a laptop -- HDMI cable -- projectorThe projector can be operated using the remote or directly on the control panel at the back which is very good.Resolution and colours are vibrant.Brightness is very good - even with lights turned on it is easy to watch the movie though definitely reduces the experience.Having a good quality speaker output adds to the viewing experience and the in-built option definitely adds to that. (10W)The projector is well built with easy to access menu, focus and keystone control and features many input options.Importantly it runs very cool even if it has been on for several hours and the fan run quitely and is not noticable when watching a movie.Overall: 5/5This projector has definitely improved the viewing experience.I recommend it to others who think about buying a projector.

Brilliant picture from a sub-£200 projector! Recommend!
After a week of pouring over different products staring at all the review photos, I settled on this projector. Brilliant for under £200!This is a native 1080p projector unlike those who claim to be 1080p but aren’t and show a pixelated image. Nice and bright image, great in the dark but also works really well in daylight. Obviously not in direct sunlight but on cloudy days with the blinds open, the image is still very good. Great for playing games on, no input lag and the image is nice and clear. The speaker was much better than I was expecting better than some TVs I’ve heard. Quite a full sound with some bass. Was expecting to have to hook up some speakers but I’ve yet to do so as the built-in speakers are that good. You can customise the brightness/contrast among other settings. I’ve actually turned the brightness down slightly as it was just slightly too bright to watch in a dark room, but that’s personal preference. It plays files from a USB drive perfectly without any stuttering. One really cool thing I like is you can connect your phone via USB and it will mirror your phone’s screen. Works like a charm on iOS so it’s great for projecting photos and videos onto the screen. Netflix doesn’t work because of DRM but that’s not the projector’s fault so best to hook up a game console or streaming stick. The projector itself is of good build quality and it actually looks really nice too. A clean woven fabric covers the front of the projector along with the logo. Nice large vents either side to keep it cool along with a dust filter to stop any dust particles getting inside. As for the fan, obviously the lamp needs a decent bit of cooling but it’s not really all that loud. The white noise just fades into the background once something is playing.Looking forward to the summer and having an outdoor cinema!

Impressed, but ....
This was the first projector I bought, and I was very impressed by the picture for the price. My initial usage was gaming (PS4), although I have since decided that projectors at this price point are well worth it. I am refurbishing the kids old playroom, and have installed a drop down screen in anticipation of finding the projector I want. One reason I am still looking, and why I sent this one back, is because the audio left/right was reversed (audio jack). This makes it impossible to play a game when using a headset, where direction is important. As I am still looking, I have learnt more and more. The picture quality (resolution) on the K3 was good, and the brightness was reasonable. Given the extension of my usage, I have decided to look at 3D projectors (Wimius do not currently sell them in the UK). At the moment, I am struggling to find one with good brightness/contrast and resolution (without spending hundreds of pounds).FYI Wimius support have been excellent. They are based in China, but they are quick and I was amazed with their communication in English, to the point I thought I was talking to a native speaker. That said, it did always seem to be the same person.
