I first ordered this brander, but it was delivered without the design I had requested. The company was very professional, and went above with communication with me, and made sure my brander was designed correctly. I have received the new brander with my design. It looks great, and I have done tests on scrap pieces of wood. I just have to get the heat setting right. But so far so good. Thanks again to the company for their outstanding customer service!

I really like idea of this wood brand. The piece is very durable and well made. I did a few sample burns for testing. I heated the brand on a gas stove for 3 to 5 minutes and placed it on some scratch cedar wood I had. Pressing too long will cause the image to bleed, the longer or harder you press the more bleed you will get, especially with small letters and fonts. This appears to be a surface "stamp" brand only use, as it can't have an engraved look due to the small font and the bleed. If it was my initial only, it may do a little better, but it doesn't seem like this is made to have an engraved or etched in look. Unless I am doing something wrong. You only want to lightly press and hold for a clean stamped in looked. How well this method holds up is yet to be seen. It's still burned in, but surface burn only. I rated a 4 because it is a great and well made piece and communication was excellent. I ordered on February 10th and it arrived on March 3. It shipped from outside US.

Item is in great shape looks good. Good price but after using couple of times it is hard to get it hot where it put the whole print down on the wood. Area most be completely flat or not all of the logo will show. With the cost of propane that I will go they should of paid the extra price for an electric one. Would be much easier.

It came exactly like the design I sent them, fit and finish is good, no burs or anything. Only took about 3 weeks to get to me from mainland China.

Ordered based on the reviews. The customer service was great. Was able to confirm the design. The actual product was expected and worked well with a butane torch. Only used it once on a few wooden boxes, so I’m not sure how it will hold up. But will update if needed.It is made and customized in China, so from order to delivery, it was about two months. So just be aware of this.

The intricate design on this brand means that whatever you are branding needs to be absolutely dead flat, or else part of the design will not appear. That is in no way a design flaw, just something to keep in mind when buying something like this. Overall the quality of this branding iron seems very good.

Was really hesitant about this, but it is great. Heavy, sturdy and exactly what my husband wanted. Sent me a sample design and it had to be changed. They were very responsive and got right back to me despite being in China. Made the changes and shipped it out. Arrived much sooner than expected.

Product delivered as stated. Seller was very helpful and promptly answered all questions. Branding iron was of good quality with a nice clear design. Only negative is that the stamp sits a little crooked on the handle and it doesn't always stay tightly secured to it. But when using it, it does stamp a nice design.
