I run before dawn, and was looking to replace a headlamp. I love this little light. It is bright and effective. I hook it on to my waistband or the strap of my running belt. The magnetic feature keeps it from slipping, so there has been no worry of losing it. I highly recommend this product.

I have used a variety of lights for running at night and camping, this one is great! It is nice and bright, so I can be seen and see where I am running so I don't trip on anything. While running it's great snapping it onto my waist band - the magnet works wonderfully for that. For camping, I really like having a headlight, and being as this doesn't come with a head strap, I've started keeping it with a head strap from another head lamp. I haven't tried it bicycling yet. (Haven't played much with how to mount it to a bicycle.) It is nice having something rechargeable, that way I can keep it fully charged all the time and don't have to play the dilemma of whether or not I throw away battery half used up, or run with lights that are becoming increasingly dim. It's biggest weakness is that it is way to easy for it to get bumped on. I've started storing it with a washer with hole large enough to fit over the on button rubber banded to it. This would be easy to fix in future versions - either with switch that required just a tad more force to activate, or with depressed in a little bit (like a built in washer over the switch.)--Update: Broke after almost 3 years of fairly regular use. The USB charging slot got pushed in so that I couldn't charge it any more. I think this was a reasonable life span considering the use I put it through. I see that the new Avanto Pro lights have USB-C, so the part that broke on mine (micro USB) has been replaced, so I can't say it would last. I definitely considered replacing it with another Avanto, however ended up choosing a similar design, sold from different brand because I found one that had a solid red light mode which I have had on other lights and enjoyed. If new one doesn't hold up as well as the Avanto did, I'd definitely consider Avanto again.

Battery only lasts a few runs, and I ran in a rain storm and it stopped working. Still use it and I feel safe. Magnetic attachment is awesome

I walk my dogs early before the sun comes up. I was struggling holding 2 dogs leashes and my cell phone for light when needed. My pockets were also being weighed down with my phone, keys, garage remote, and pepper spray. I started googling products to help and found Avanto Lifestyle products. I wound up buying the Reflective light belt, as well as the clip on light pro. Game changing walks! The running belt has a small, stretchy zipper pocket that has a 3 way yellow beam, this helps people see me from behind and then to help see where I’m going, I bought the clip on light pro, which has a strong magnetic clip, perfectly clipping onto the front of the belt, lighting my way. I get about 20/25 feet of a light beam from that and it also has multiple light functionality. They both charge using a usb cable, quick and easy, both have color indicators when they are done charging. My only complaint is the zippered pouch does not hold all my items. It is stretchy but not big enough to hold my phone, keys, garage remote and pepper spray. Their customer service is top notch! Jill from Customer Support did a proactive reach out to make sure my deliveries were received ! Super sweet and shows their customer satisfaction focus! Good value and now I feel safer walking!

I needed something easy/hands free to walk my very active dog at night. With Heavy traffic and insufficient light cars don’t always see us at night so mainly for safety but also walking in dark fields it’s hard to see dog poop that hasn’t been picked up or see where my dog has pooped so I can pick it up. This flashlight makes it so easy, clip it on and it lights up path and cars can see us. I don’t have to pull out my phone. I need to order more because now I’m using it as a night light. So convenient Clip stays on comes with charger. I feel so much safer and other people walking dogs have asked where I got this since you literally can’t see anyone walking dogs unless you’re closer. This tiny flashlight lights a pretty large area!

I bought this product to help others see me when running in the dark early mornings. The light it could shed on the road was a bonus for me. As others have noted, you must remove the light from the neoprene rubber housing to charge the unit; not a big deal. The bigger problem is the magnets used to mount the product to your waistband. They aren't strong enough to pull through typical gathered waistbands. Might work fine for those wearing thin stretch pants but not much else. Ao if you clip it on your shorts, it doesn't have the strength to stay on with the jostling that running typically creates. So I ditched the rubber housing and used two rubber bands to anchor it to a medium binder clip (see photo). It now clips on my waist and won't come off, and I can plug the charger in without removing the housing. And now it points down at and lights the road. I know. Macgyver. Jerry-rigged up this way, the unit is no longer waterproof. But if you can go running in the dark in a driving rainstorm, do you really need a light tough-guy? If I could remake the product, I would ditch the rubber housing, attach this to a plastic clip and call it a day. But what do I know? I'm just a dumb runner!

Questo articolo ha però delle peculiarità che lo rendono migliori in determinati contesti. Anzitutto, può essere usato in molti modi, quindi è più adattabile a un utilizzo bici/tenda/blackout rispetto a una lampada frontale. Inoltre, è la soluzione perfetta per le persone a cui da fastidio la fascia elastica delle classiche frontaline.La luce è più ad ampio raggio che profonda, quindi è meno adatta per un utilizzo in montagna o in altre situazioni in cui serve visibilità anche a una certa distanza. Risulta però più comoda se usata per illuminare una tenda o una stanza, se si cammina con altre persone o in tutti gli altri casi in cui un fascio più ampio risulta comodo. Se l'utilizzo che ne farete sfrutterà questi punti di forza, vi consiglio di comprarla!
