While it probably falls in the channeled category, Mr Moore says that he receives "thought packets" from a friend in another world (a water world) while in meditation. What makes the book so interesting is that it gives very practical answers to a wide range of questions and issues. The friend speaks with a quiet authority that gives a feeling of credibility and validity not usually found in a lot of channeled materials.It discusses UFO's, varieties of aliens, star systems, motherships, galactic war (and peace), the Greys, the Federation of planets, how the "earth experiment" will impact other civilizations in the not too far future, and many other issues that are really quite fascinating. And its done in clear and simple language, even when it talks about some scientific things.I can see where some people's belief systems would reject this kind of content, if they're not quite ready for it, but with the growing public belief in UFO's and life on other worlds, and with the intelligent way the book presents its information, it should help those who are seeking more answers about all life and life forms in the vastness of creation. It can boggle the minds though, of belief systems that are not quite ready for it. If it helps a person to want to consider it as just more science fiction, there's no real harm in that either.
