J.F. Mills Festival

While vacationing in Jamaica, I had these delicious fried bread/pastries. A local Jamaican woman who prepared all of the meals at our villa was kind enough to give me the recipe. She also added that the Festival Jamaican style dough mix is always in her pantry and used when short of time. She assured me it was equally delicious and way easier to make. She was right. I don't like eating fried foods, but these as an occasional treat are well worth it.

Just what I was looking for. Had just gotten back from a vacation in Jamaica when I saw this Amazon and am happy to have access to some when the craving hits
