GODOXAD-S9 Snoot with Honeycomb Grid for WITSTRO Speedlite Flash AD200 AD200PRO AD360II

I bought these to go with a recent purchase of several AD200s. I was hoping to buy honeycomb grids for the Godox 4" reflectors but thought I would try this set instead. While I love the flashes, these don't work as I was expecting. They leave a very noticeable grid pattern on your subject like I have never seen with any other honeycomb grid. See attached photo, this is what they look like aimed at my white background about 6 feet away. The spot is about 2 feet in diameter from this distance. This is with the black conical one, the pattern from the shorter silver one isn't as pronounced. Honestly I got a smoother effect by making a cylinder out of a rolled up piece of black paper. If you need a very smooth transition though, use the Godox Round Head and a 7" Bowens mount reflector with honeycomb grid. Like other Godox items they are a nice build quality, but just didn't produce an even quality of light.

These work well and do the job. I do wish the honeycomb reflectors were interchangeable and came with different grid sizes though. Otherwise perfect little affordable accessory for my Godox AD200 Pro strobes.

From the photo of the item, I was thinking this item was made of a rubber which would have allowed one to change the diameter of the snoot. It is, however, make of tin and therefore it is a fixed diameter. Because of this I had to return this item.

Good product small and lightweight.Wish the honeycomb grid was removable. It is fixed on both snoots.
