Does the led light bar have blinkers in it too

It's only a brake light , or constant on it just depends on your preference. . The lights do flash when brake is applied. If you do get this, get some sort of weather seal for the lid. It tends to rattle and is loud enough to hear over traffic noise.

Will this set up fit a 2006 Harley softail deuce fxstdi

As has been answered many times before, this box is a universal!!! The difference is in the mount you have to buy separately! The holes in the bottom of the box, in my opinion, need to be left out! That way there is only one set of holes in the bottom.

Would this trunk be good for a 2008 kawasaki vulcan 900? Also what is the maximum weight it can hold?

As long as you already have a rack to mount it on, it will fit any bike. I have this on my Kawasaki Vulcan Vaquero 1700. I have had up to 20 lbs in it with no problem, just don't ride like the crotch-rocket guys and you'll be fine with pretty much any load that will fit.

Will this fit a 2002 Suzuki intruder

Yes but... You will have to modify some stuff. I installed this on my 2000 Suzuki maurder and had to make brackets for it
