This chair is everything we (well, my wife) wanted. It arrived in just a few days and was well packaged for shipping. It is easy to assemble, well made, looks good and what's most important, it "glides" smoothly and quietly. If you're looking for a glider / rocker chair this is a good one.

Chair is perfect for our needs. We needed a solidly built, comfortable rocking chair that would fit in a small space and this was the one. It fits wonderfully at the foot of our bed . It’s perfect for rocking our newborn son. Our other children love sitting in it as well. I’m hoping to get a second one for the living room .

I was replacing the rocker in my RV and choose this. It arrived earlier than noted. Everything needed to put it together was in the box including easy to understand step by step instructions. It was very easy to assemble. The base came assembled! It rocks smoothly and quietly. Two things I didn't care for: thin cushions and the back doesn't come up high enough to rest my head back on it. I am 5'7" 176lbs. Yet when looking for a quality glider rocker under the $400 price range they are all designed for short people, even other styles. Other than those two things, it is a good quality and I would recommend this rocker.

Comfort, easy to assemble, arrived intact and on schedule.

The Cushions fit poorly. The seat cushion does not reach to the back. The back cushion falls behind the seat cushion instead of resting on top. The seat cushion is firm, which I like, but I wonder if my mother will, and the back cushion is stiff and thin. The chair itself is nice and solid. The glider is smooth and quiet. But I am very disappointed with the quality of the chair cushions.Update after two weeks of use: My mom found the cushion comfortable. New problem, My mother who is 97, scooted to the front of the chair to stand up, and the chair tipped over forward, dumping her onto the floor. Now not sure what to do as chair seems unsafe.

The quality of this chair over the others I have bought in the past for the child care facility that I own you're so Superior. And the customer service is amazing, we had a small issue with a piece that came in broken and they immediately addressed the situation to resolve our issue. I will definitely buy from this company again

Comfortable. Easy to assemble. Handy side pockets. Soothing for baby.

One of the threaded holes was NOT threaded…I had to go out and buy a tap and dye set,so that I could thread the hole and finish putting it together….Also, the cushions are VERY stiff and uncomfortable… I am very disappointed. It looks nice , but does not feel nice.
