I always buy sewing things and sometimes don’t use them. But this tool is well used and I am very pleased with my purchase. It serves varied functions and it is nice that they are all on this one tool. No more searching of individual tools for each task.

Great tool — performs as advertised. End covers don’t always stay on and I wish the product was a little less expensive — I would gift them to all my friends w/sewing machines. The assistance provided is invaluable.

This is my second one. I prefer it because it doesn’t roll off the table. It does more than one job. It’s easy to hold onto. I’m probably going to get another one so I will have one everywhere I sew. When you pull the ends off to get to the sharp tools, you notice that it’s got a good seal, the ends aren’t loose, they don’t fall off. But still easy to get off on purpose and put back on. I like everything about it.

I am disappointed because I purchased three of these sewing tools and because one of them was broken, i could not use them for the rest of the group...one of the three tools (the seam ripper end) was broken when i received them, and it was broken inside the top, which was closed. However, the package was open, and the tool was unattached from the backing, so it appears obvious to me that it had been returned and then just re-mailed to the next customer. I have never had bad service from Amazon, so I have to believe this happened at their supplier.

Sorry to say I have used the seam ripper end more than I like to admit. Excellent product. I recommend this to everyone.
