Great for drawing and mixed media
I was surprised at how well these pens write. I use them for drawing and just doodling. I have been able to apply watercolor over, once completely dry, without the ink bleeding. The ink flows very smoothly too.

Amazing value
I really enjoy good pens. After years of shopping around, trying and buying pens, I pretty much use 1 of 3 pens every day. One of those 3 pens sells for ~$50, another for ~$20, and then there are these pens, which sell for $10-$20 a dozen. The value of these pens is spectacular.

Best Pen For Artists
I’ve tried many pens, all recommended by artists. None compared to the Uniball Deluxe Micro! (I use the .5mm) It draws perfect, non-broken lines. The included drawings were made on Arches cold press watercolor paper, lots of bumps on the paper, and the pen worked perfectly! So far I’ve done nine drawings with the same pen and it’s showing no indications of running out. I watercolor the inked drawings and no smearing of ink occurred. These are the only pens I’ll be drawing with now-:)
