REVIX Ice Pack Wrap for Hip Replacement with Straps, Reusable Gel Cold Pack

I got three of these after a hip replacement surgery and they have been pivotal in my recovery. They freeze up in an hour or so, they have a soft side so you don’t have to worry so much about having a layer between you and the ice and they really stay cold for quite a while. A more Gentle cold than plain ice. I used to have an ice machine and this is SO much easier.

I purchased two different ice pack wraps. I like this one because the skin side doesn't require an isolation layer and it straps in place easily. I wish I had purchased two of these for my rotation because the other one is very difficult to use.

These are great ice packs. My husband had hip replacement surgery and they work very well. I would recommend getting 3 or 4 jsut so when you pull it out of the freezer it is really frozen. I bought 2 and in the time we need the other it just isn’t completely frozen, but we are doing 1 hour increments so that’s our fault not the ice pack. The strap however doesn’t fit around him so we have just been using one strap. Would highly recommend!

I really liked the REVIX ice packs, I bought 4 of them for my total hip replacement, and rotated through them throughout the day. The best thing about these ice packs is the soft velvet side which insulates enough to put it on bare skin (which is how I used it). It also has a non-velvet side you can use over clothing or with a towel under it. I only used it while lying down or sitting, so I never used the straps to attach them and the straps didn’t seem to be in the way. For me it was the right size and they have lasted for the 6 weeks of my recovery. One of them arrived seemingly less full of gel than the other 3, so I replaced it. I would buy this brand again in the future

I had hip surgery. This ice pack is perfect.

The waist strap is pretty short, check your measurements before buying. The leg strap is huge. Doesn’t make a lot of sense.

This ice pack helped in recovery from a total hip replacement surgery by reducing inflammation and in reducing pain.

I purchased two to use after my total hip replacement and they worked great! Stayed cold for good amount of time! The straps help it stay in place and I loved that one side was soft. Only downside, is I had to make sure to use with a towel because they do sweat some as you wear them. Highly recommend!

Conforme, s'ajuste bien avec les sangles. Dommage que les sangles on ne puisse pas les retirer pour mettre au congélateur, ou pour mettre sur autre partie du corps, les sangles petites pour installer dans le dos

The straps make it easy to wear and keep it in place. Good product. Excellent for post operative hip pain.

These are brilliant following my hip replacement surgery. I’ll be using them again for my next one. I bought three so I could use them on rotation, and have been using them for about 45 mins 4 times a day. They mould to your body and stay put thanks to the two secure straps, you can even walk around if you want to, although I prefer to lie down. They calm, cool and soothe the incision and give me relief from the discomfort of the staples - which come out in another 3 days. I am currently 9 days post op. Really glad that I heard about these before my surgery. Buy them!
