Was not Like New. Many issues.
Pixels missing on the screen. The brightness wouldn't adjust -- tried adjusting via Windows and via the buttons on the laptop. The touchpad and buttons were worn and not the most responsive. Very disappointed and returned the laptop. I plan on just buying new.

I was skeptical at first because of the only review I saw about this laptop. However I decided to take my chances and I am glad I did .I must say I have nothing but positive experience and if anything above 5stars rating.Laptop came as described and it’s super fast in processing . Highly recommended
