I read that Monolaurin had a higher impact on candida than just eating coconut oil. I already go through 54 oz of coconut oil a month with my cooking but needed something more powerful to heal leaky gut and kill candida. I use this to help keep viruses down. I found an interesting plus in taking thisI take Pumpkin seed oil to help slow down the urge to urinate. The monolaurin actually strengthens the effect of the pumpkin seed oil. I don't have to run to the bathroom as much.

I started taking the monolaurin because it was recommended to me to help battle COVID-19. So along with the vitamins I was currently taking C,D3, and fish oil, I started monolaurin. And I honestly believe it has really helped. My experience with COVID-19 was a very heavy chest, coughing and extreme joint pain along with other common symptoms.
