Piece of junk
We bought the same device from our RV place brand new. It worked on 2 trips and quit. RV place would not service it, manufacturers would not repair or replace. Just SOL and out $500. Don’t buy it.

We have had ours fo over a year and it has never worked right
We have had issues with both TVs working at same time, not finding any of satellites, not getting all our channels or no signal. Dish is no help, King service never there and not return calls. Do not waste your money.

Good product
Love everything about it except for there is a $50 gift card I’m supposed to get and when I talk to the people from Satellite people that I ordered it from said I get it when I start my dish at home and when I started my dish at home the technician said no you get it when you subscribe to the tailgating dish and when I started my tail getting dish I talk to them again and they said no they’re not sure where it comes from.
