I am totally blown away about the quality of this helmet. If you are even thinking about this helmet and are concerned about the quality...but be worried. This helmet is top quality at a very reasonable price...amazing. I measured 24" with the tape and purchased an XL...actually I think a L might have fit just a tad better. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. Thank you for such a quality product.

Strap is not very adjustable (y part tugs on ears) and it fits larger than advertised, but will fit just fine with a ball cap.

Dosnt fit well fits real weird and straps dont onto far down. It works but not what I expected
