Twinlab DMAE Caps 100mg, 100 Capsules (Pack of 3)

I was amazed to find what a difference this supplement has made for me. I think I may have initially started taking it to supplement the DMAE moisturizer I bought on Amazon to help defy the aging signs on my face/neck (which also works wonders). Anyway, turns out that when I take this in the morning with breakfast, that annoying brain fog I used to have, has lifted along with low-level/chronic anxiety. I'm a teacher so it's truly frustrating when you are trying to convey some concept to a classroom of kids only to not be able to clearly articulate what you know is on the tip of your tongue due to brain fog. I was just starting to chalk those episodes, along with the anxiety, as a sign that it's time to retire from teaching (or just that I'm aging too fast) even though I'm only 40 ---until taking this. Do some research on this supplement, and then give it a try. Hopefully, you'll be as pleasantly surprised as I have been. Based on my experience through this supplement and others, Twinlab has proven to offer quality supplements that allow you to actually feel a difference.

We purchased the three pack. All three bottles had broken caps and seal. All three bottles went into the trash. Thus, cannot tell you if the product was good or bad.

I couldn't take these for very long because they have me a dull headache. Headaches stopped when I stopped taking these. Not sure why I had this reaction. I don't think it's a product failure, but this supplement just isn't right for me- hence 3 stars. I would suggest anyone who has never taken these before to buy ONE bottle first to make sure you don't have any adverse reactions. Unfortunately I went for the 3 pack and now I'm stuck with 2 unopened bottles.

Feeling like I needed a brain boost, I bought this product after researching "smart drugs." It's all natural and is supposed to have anti-aging properties too, and for all this, the price was right! Sure enough, within mere days, I felt more focused, more energetic, more enthusiastic about tackling projects I'd normally avoid; I was taking action and good things were happening...Unfortunately, though, I started to experience a side effect: headaches. This type of headache was different, and that concerned me. So I stopped taking it. My father and husband are still taking them (I bought us all the 3-pack), and they often exhibit a higher level of smarts than they did before, so in all fairness, this product deserves a good rating. Maybe I'll start again, taking a half a capsule daily, because I want to be able to keep up!

Just what I was looking for and at a good price. I wanted DMAE (about 25 years ago)back when I couldn't get it in the US and with the help of a local natural food store they were able to get some for me. Now - you can get it anywhere. Totally satisfied.

One bottle done haven't experienced any changes?!?!Maybe need to be on it longer? But 30 days you would think is long enough?

I have been taking this product for years after I saw a Dr. Oz episode where a visiting dermatologist recommended DMAE to help prevent wrinkles. I am 67 and my face is wrinkle free. I am not prepared to say it is because of this product, but I am happy taking it and will continue. Product was well packaged and received in a timely manner.

Have been taking DMAE for about 1 month - haven't noticed too much change in energy or mental clarity yet, have started to notice a bit firmer skin which is why I bought it in the first place; i'm sure after another month or so the effects will be more noticeable.
