This is one of the best-tasting vegan nutrition protein meal replacement products I’ve tried. I found it when my nutrition team at the hospital recommended it; since then I always request it instead of Boost or Ensure. Got me nutrition is way easier to obtain when it is in a shake, so I love meal replacements for one meal and a snack. Kate Farms is my go to, when I can budget for it. I can feel a difference in my body, and see a difference in my skin and hair from the nutrition content I receive in Kate Farms versus other similar brands available in stores. It has a very neutral smell and a fresh, smooth taste, which is hard to find. The consistency is mild and smooth—not too thick—which makes it easy to drink and digest. It’s very filling, and the protein content is solid, so it actually keeps me satisfied. While the price is a bit high, the quality makes it worth it. I was also impressed with the speed of delivery, which was fast and reliable. Great product with the healthiest ingredients I found! My young daughter enjoyed them with a little chocolate syrup added, and I prefer vanilla- which this product produced beautifully. Makes you feel full for hours, and didn't have any bad effects. Absolutely worth the cost!

The healthiest meal replacement shake I’ve ever seen. The biggest plus for me is that it’s vegan. Kate Farms makes vegan tube feeding meals as well. The ingredient list is impressive. At $5 a piece I think it’s worth the money for my health. At a smoothie place, like Jamba Juice I’d pay 2-3 times that much for a huge cup of frozen sugary product. The taste is okay. My husband loves the vanilla I picked this time. That taste can be an easy fix with some frozen banana, a couple dates, a couple ice cubes, and a dash of vanilla and cinnamon blended up as a smoothie. Or easily made into an iced coffee drink. I’m going to be ordering this again, maybe I’ll try the chocolate next time. I’d like to keep it on hand to help add vitamins for my husband and I. I highly recommend this for anyone. Totally worth the money. My package arrived quickly the next day on Amazon Prime.

Love these, some days I'm so busy I didn't have time to eat, other days I'm so nauseous I didn't want to eat. Sometimes nothing sounds good. Whatever it might be these are great I know I'm getting good nutrition in the go. They were recommended by my nutritionist to help me build a better habit than reaching for the cookies and candy or driving through the drive through for Burgers and fries and they really have been a great help. Ask it takes is 1 full drink They taste great, I feel full after and I'm satisfied I can go for several hours before I feel ready for my next meal. So glad I have these in my life now.

I wanted to give 5 stars on this product because the taste is amazing it's the only plant based nutritional shake I could find that actually had flavor instead of chalk. However; inbetween the tetra pak and the lid that attaches to it its leaking liquid. Luckily it's not the whole box but still it's a bummer. I have chronic stomach issues and get in so much pain it scares me to eat so these really help with tummy. Also the price is quite high its higher than ensure. So for those of us who have doctors appointments all the time and so many prescriptions it gets expensive.

TASTE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I got the vanilla and I really think it taste bad. I can hardly drink it even with ice ….usually ice can cover flavors but this one’s bad and they’re expensive too. I really just don’t like them.

Kate Farms Milk is very good if you are allergic to dairy products. I have used this many times due to low appetite during chemo treatments. It is a little pricey because it is non- dairy like all other non-dairy products. It is good and smooth and very filling. So you will get full with half. I used in cereal and protein shakes. I like Vanilla better than Chocolate. Chocolate may make a good hot chocolate beverage with a little cinnamon, protein powder and marshmallows. Uuumm..excuse me I need to try this. Kyb

Well, we ordered Vanilla and Amazon sent Chocolate, but Chocolate will work this time, and in any case, it wasn't Kate Farms mistake. My wife and I really like these so far: flavor, texture, nutritional value (according to ingredients) and all at a reasonable price. We are both impressed. One thing we both noticed: these are not TOO sweet like some competing products: for us, at least, they are just right!
