Quite the game changer
I was having trouble with my embroidery machine. Just couldn't get the tension right. This little device was so easy to use and now my tension is spot on. Quite the great little device.

It does the job and saves lots of frustration with bobbing treads breaking
It does it’s job. I got this because of the bobbin tension was causing breaking and the method the embroidery machine said to use was not very accurate or practical. With this tool I can set both lower and upper thread tension to a very precise tension repeatedly. I use this with each lower bobbin change and therefore just fine tune the upper tension accordingly to get the stitch close to perfect.

Give you an easy way to set tension.
I would rate 4.5 stars of I had a way to confirm it's calibrated giving exact readings. While it works good overall, the way the bobbin sits in is a bit funky. But for what it is, I do recommend it.

Definitely worth the price. I ended up using this little guy to troubleshoot and diagnose one of my needles that had wayy too much tension.Yes it works on both your top threads and your bobbin, plenty of tutorials on YouTube if you get lost.

I would buy it again it has helped me set my thread and Bobbin Tension did not think that it would help but has taken out the guesswork.

Expensive but does as intended
I have a 15 needle embroidery machine that needed to be dialed in. This product is really expensive for what it is in my opinion but absolutely alleviated my problems. No more guessing games on what isn't tensioned properly, Bobbin or tensioners.
