Received a defective bulb.
I need to figure out how to get in contact with the company. I purchased these, and installed them Friday after work. They look great, super bright and looked very promising. But I’ve had them in less than 24 hours with actual run time of maybe an hour and one of them has already stopped working. The plug is fine, already Checked wiring and put bulb in different connector and still does not work. How do I go about getting a replacement or warranty?

Limited DRL function and hyperflash
2016 Toyota Tundra. It was plug and play but it immediately rendered my fog lights inoperable. Additionally, DRLs no longer work while headlights are on (used to before replacement). Bulbs hyper flash as turn signals.

Not compatible with 2001 Buick Century blown fuses
I'm not going to leave a negative product review when it's Amazon's fault for falsely listing compatibility. From what I could tell the lights were very bright. Amber and white both very bright as you would expect LED bulbs to be. They should However, greatly improve packaging. They just came in an Amazon white envelope and the product being in a lightly padded envelope itself. We know how rough the postal services are with products it's no wonder there are a lot of reviews complaining about broken products.I installed these in the drivers side headlight assembly with the vehicle turned off, lights turned off and battery connected. At first when I engaged my parking lights it was just a really bright amber. Then I engaged the turn signal and it hyper flashed. No big deal on that one, unless they have resistors all of them will. So I flipped the bulb around and this is what confuses me. You can flip a halogen 3157 bulb around all day and it works the same. I flipped this around and HELLO! The DRL function finally works and man is it bright. Engaged the turn signal and nothing. Not a single thing. Just stays white. Thought I'd start the car to see if that changed anything. Car won't turn over. Did a little investigating and found that the light had blow 2 fuses. The turn signal fuse and bcm fuse. So don't use these on a 2001 buick century. Guess I'll have to return these and keep looking. Again I do not fault Auxbeam for this. They have always had amazing product. This is a compatibility issue which should have either been caught by me or Amazon.

Nice, but didn't last as long as I'd like.
These are nice. They are bright and I like the switchback idea. A few problems though... 1, I purchased 4 (2 pair) but it was like each pack was synced to that pack. What I mean is, they don't flash in sync when I use use 4 ways. They are a little off in timing, but not much. 2, they don't hyperplasia right away, but after a few regular flashes, they do. 3, 1 out of the 4 is malfunctioning after 1 year of use. It fluctuates from bright, to dim, to out sporadically.

Works great, greater customer service
I had a delivery of bulbs with one damaged from transport. Auxbeam customer service was excellent and had them replaced right away. Bulbs are great, nice and bright and no issues or bulb errors

No turn signal
I put these in my 2005 f350 for day time running lights which are also my turn signals. My turn signals do not work or my 4 way flashers not very happy. Turn signals work with my headlights off and all my dash lights flash with my headlights on they do not work.

Works great 95% of the time.
Ordered a set of these for my 16/f250 they work great until there is a small amount of mist or rain, right in the morning with the dew on the truck the driver side will flash like you have a burnt out bulb.. but once everything dries up they work 100% they definitely make the truck look slick and add a little extra light when driving at night.
