Wine Decanter, Red Wine Decanter & Stopper, 1.8L Large Capacity, Hand Blown, Lead-Free

Really great decanter. Smooth pour and looks really good with wine in it.

This is a beautiful decanter. I got it as a gift for my art/design enthusiast partner, who is completely obsessed with it - his favourite present he got that year. It's quite a showstopper when we have guests, it makes a mediocre bottle of wine not only into an event, but also taste much better than it should (as most decanters will). When not in use, we leave it as a centrepiece on our mantle as it was too beautiful to hide in a cupboard somewhere. I would have liked if there were stoppers for the openings, for those evenings when we don't finish a full bottle, but whilst not pretty, cling film does the trick. We have plans to laser cut some wooden or cork stoppers in the future. Finally, the glass is thicker than I imagined and feels reasonably robust, though I'm always extra careful when cleaning or drying this and never leave it anywhere precarious. It is still glass after all..

Purchased this as it has a much smaller footprint than many others. It takes a bottle with ease and allows the wine to breathe. Relatively easy to clean with the supplied brush.

The media could not be loaded.  Il prodotto si presenta con imballaggio impeccabile, la spedizione è stata velocissima.Bellissimo il design, leggero e maneggevole. Da utilizzare per cene con amici ma può essere anche oggetto di regalo. Ovviamente bisogna fare un pò di attenzione poiché è un oggetto comunque delicato!

As other reviews say - it looks beautiful and unique. Great on the table. Nice addition to parties.Does it change the taste of the wine? ... We think so, but we are also stupid and easily manipulated by what we are told :) Either way was a lovely gift and much nicer to look at that some of the boring carafes out there.
