Well made, great fit, super durable and comfortable.

I can't say that I've compared these with other wool socks in this price range. Or that I have worn the same pair for days on end. But while changing pairs daily, after doing several rough day long hikes in a row, with well broke in boots, my leather boots did not smell. And my feet felt good.

I’ve worn these socks for everything, they are always comfortable. I wear them everyday in Hawaii doing field work, I wear them for fire, I’ve worn them for 15 degree nights in the sawtooths. I was initially worried they would run hot in the summer (wherever that may be) but my feet have never been uncomfortable because of these socks. Forest, jungle, mountain it doesn’t matter. Get these socks.

Well made socks but they don't keep my feet warm and definitely not the value for the money.

I wear a 8.5 shoe, so ordered these in Medium, which is Size 8-9.5. Within 5 minutes of walking, these socks were falling down and bunching up under my toes.Expensive, and OVER RATED. Back to FILSON. They cost even more, but I know they fit and they last. For someone who makes a living on his feet, and walking, Darn Tough are a No Go.

My 25yr old size 14 wearing son swears by these socks as the best ever. I wear size 16 wide shoes and can barely get these socks on past my toes, and they are tight as heck on my large ankles. It should not take 10+ minutes to put on socks that are only going to be uncomfortable. Guess my son just got some new socks...

Yep they cost a bit, yep they are worth it. Good quality, comfortable and worn in high temperatures in the desert, all round an excellent pair of socks.
