KinesioTex Performance + - Therapeutic Knee and Shoulder Medical Tape - Beige - 2in x 16.4 ft Roll

I’m a 65 year old volleyball player and this is my go to tape. I use it every time I play in senior tournaments; for right shoulder & lower back. This tape will hold on for 4 or more days, which helps me in healing.

I ordered this for my daughters ankle, it only lasted for about 25minutes and wore off. It was easy to cut and apply, it was just very thin and came off easy. I got better KT tape at Walmart for 1/2 the price and it stayed on all day.

This tape seemed like high quality tape, but I could not figure out how to use it. I think if you know how to use this, you may love it. For me, I returned but I must tell you, it came in very nice packaging, had a nice insert about the inventor which was interesting. Sadly, I preferred the dollar store tape but I can’t find it anymore, nor can I figure out what that brand was. I wish I could, then I would order that one…It was black and the texture was shiny…

I've been pt for awhile and my therapist had used many different tapes and by far this one builds and holds up the best. I've had it last as long as 5 days on my shoulder. Out performed their competition hands down.

Kinesio Tex makes the best tape for the money. I have used this brand both personally and professionally for years. The new heathered colors are a nice change from the usual.

I wouldn't have gotten this one (with the logo plastered all over it) if I knew it was uncut. All of the pictures show it cut up... But I guess that's what I get for not reading thoroughly.
