This tug of war rope is great fun. The length gives plenty of room for the dog to grab and shake. My Doberman carries it around and drops it at our feet if he wants to play. We’ve played for hours and there’s no ripping it. I think it’s going to last a long time. Great buy for the money.

My pitbull & rot/pit pup LOVE this rope! Bought it almost 2 months ago & it’s still intact in my yard. It’s a very thick rope & certainly built for large dogs. My dogs don’t chew on ropes, so I don’t have to worry about them swallowing it, they use it for play only. Definitely worth the buy!!

This thing is very long and heavy duty. Dog loves to play tug-of-war.

I bought the rope about a month ago for my dog who epitomizes the term “destructive.” As an example, he has literally chewed off pieces of my bed frame (probably as a display of power).He was able to rip up and eat a fair number of the end strings on the first night. But it has held up quite well (relative to his other rope toys) since then. There’s no fraying of the knots or between the knots so I imagine that it will continue to hold up for a while. Once he does successfully destroy it too, I’ll reorder since it’s already proven its worth.And I regret not buying such a long rope until now because playing tug-of-war with only a few inches between my hand and his teeth was terrifying.

My 1 yr old rescue Pitador loves, loves this. She loves biting and chewing and playing tug of war with it. Large size has held up for about 3 months with only one section that’s been chewed on and frayed about half way through or so. This is the spot she routinely bites and pulls from though. The length makes it handy to get some distance from the do to the handler if the dog jumps a lot like mine and gets very excited. The knots help keep your hands out of a bite zone and keep the pups mouth in a good bit zone away from your hands. Color is good, used indoors and outdoors by all ages of people for fun playtime. Even when it will eventually break at her favorite chew point, the rope will still be useable, just not as long. Will definitely buy another or something just as thick and or longer. Money well spent in my opinion.

This rope is big enough for my cane Corso to play with and is pretty durable. It’s a great dog toy for a dog with a high activity level, such as mine. My Corso isn’t much of a chewer, but this has definitely taken a beating.

Normally I don't leave reviews, I buy so much from Amazon lol. But this rope has been a staple in my household for over 4 years. I have two German shepherds and a catahoula, they've ripped through every toy including Kong toys, within that same day. I've tried so many ropes from different companies and none of been able to compare to this. It's worth the money, and that's not to say they don't eventually get through it and rip it to shreds. But it takes weeks, not hours. And I think that justifies a review 🙂

Edit: I decided to change my review from a 2 star to a 3 star as the seller did reach out to me to refund me for the cost of the rope which I feel was very kind of them.Original review: It’s been 2 weeks since my puppy began tugging at this rope. The part he tugs at the most is already tearing. I thought initially upon receiving this was a durable, sturdy rope but it’s not. It’s already becoming unraveled. My picture reflects. Something like this should last much longer. The length is generous for the price. The durability is unfortunate. With continued play this will continue to unravel within less than a month. This is not for aggressive chewers. The company was kind. There was a website I went to, per the paper insert, to enter your mailing address to receive a dog paw print key chain. I felt a genuine company. It’s too bad the rope didn’t live up it’s name. From my personal experience I don’t recommend.
