Excellent product
Well made and just what I needed to help with proving my pizza dough. Lid fits well and is a good weight so stays in place really well.Would recommend as being essential kit for any budding pizza chef!

If the lid was airtight this would have been a great item. Can lead to dough drying out unless you cover with a damp cloth!

great box for pizza & bread doughs
PROS- sturdy- great for cold fermentation since it fits into the fridge- stackable (I bought 2)- airtight container so the doughs don't get dryCONS- expensive according to me since it's just a "sturdy plastic box with a lid" but I have the feeling that we are paying for the "pizza" purpose, but that's fine since I bought them when the price was reduced :)- no confirmation that it goes into the dishwasher, so to wash by hand (to be on a safe side)
