If you love a little sizzle in your dish then get this sauce without hesitation. I normally go through a bottle of hot sauce in days. This one will last a year. One drop is enough for your whole sandwich - once you get used to it you will move up to 4 or 5 drops for a given meal. But where this liquid fire comes in most handy is cooking. My family enjoys a little bit or spice - I enjoy a LOT. I cooked sweet-and-sour beef last night and put 3 tiny drops in my sweet-and-sour sauce, and it was perfect. I routinely now put toss of chili flakes along with 3-4 drops of this sauce into most curries and sauces, and I find it's the perfect balance.If you don't like some sizzle in your food, do not waste your money.If you enjoy a little heat, buy this. This sauce is the hottest sauce you will ever need and you can pace yourself - or have fun trying. :)The flavor is good too, it's got a roasted chili flavor, once you get past the punch!I found this brand while eating at a sushi restaurant in Dallas. I asked for something spicy - actually I asked for chili oil - this sauce is 50X hotter than chili oil. Enjoy!

beautiful. Works great to keep the woodchucks from chewing on my porch and railings. About 2 times a year I brush the post bases with a bit of this stuff and they leave the posts alone. Otherwise they seem to like to chew on them. The beavers don't like them because they are not green but the woodchucks seem to like the pressure treated 4x4s that hold up my porch. I guess I have mentally challenged woodchucks. Wear rubber gloves when applying!

A little goes a long way--really hot and tasty.

I first tried this hot sauce at one of my favorite hotpot restaurants and really liked the flavor. I went to all the korean markets looking for it but couldn't find it but luckily was able to find it on Amazon! It has a nice balance of spice and savory without being too overpowering. I’ve been using it regularly ever since. It goes especially well with soups, but I also add it to noodles and rice dishes. I also like adding it to pasta sauces for an extra kick. The flavor is rich and adds a good amount of heat. If you enjoy hotpot or spicy food in general, this is a great sauce to have on hand. A little bit goes a long way, so be careful how much you add to your food. Good bang for your buck!

I imagine this might be an ingredient that some restaurants use in their nuclear hell wings! It’s slightly bitter, but when mixed with other ingredients it adds some super heat! Careful! Took about 30 seconds to kick in the heat but when it did, wow! Great price for such a big bottle of super hot oil/sauce

The bottle contains a different set of ingredients than what’s listed on Amazon product picture. Waste of money and time trying to avoid MSG products just to get this.
