Loin des interprétations et des dictionnaires qui cherchent à "interpréter" les rêves, Tess Castleman fait part de son immense expérience et donne des conseils pratiques pour travailler les rêves en groupes. Pour autant, ses conseils s'appliquent aussi bien au travail individuel. Depuis 20 ans que Geneviève Cailloux et moi travaillons avec des groupes en formation sur les rêves, nous n'avons rien trouvé de meilleur.
