LONDON FOG Women's Piccadilly Rain Boot

Fits well, and colorful design !

I love the look of these boots. They were delivered earlier today and then it started to downpour so I got to wear them to the bus stop. They are comfortable and true to size for me. I took a star away because I wish the bottom had a thicker sole and no little heel. The soles are so thin and the heel feels a little awkward when walking. I’ll continue to wear them on rainy days since they serve their purpose and look nice.

They do run a little big but I put some insoles inside and they are great. I use they to take out my dogs in the wet grass in the morning and they work great.

I bought these boots with the intent to wear them on an Alaskan cruise where it can be extremely rainy. When I put them on they were quite comfortable, but I realized they were open at the top a bit too much that rain would get down into the boots. I remembered some of the reviewers mentioned wearing these boots when working on their farms or in their gardens, so I kept them and mow the lawn in them and wear them when working on landscaping or whenever there's water or mud involved. They are more comfortable than my old mowing tennis shoes, and I had no pain after mowing. (Just wear socks high enough so the top edges don't rub your leg.)

I gave 3 stars because although the size was right, the width was not. Beautiful colors, well made, but these are not for bigger girls with wide feet. They are only for skinny narrow feet. I turned around and sold these in my yard sale.

For the first two months of these boots I would have rated 5 stars. Great value, easy to slip on to walk the dog in the rain. I wore them daily for a few minutes at a time (again just bought to walk the dog) and had no issues. After about two months I noticed that I started to get one foot a little wet while walking. I didn’t think much of it, here in Oregon it’s raining often so it could have come in from the top. After a few more weeks then it was happening with both feet, and after 4 months of owning I am needing to toss them altogether because I have found holes in the bottom of both shoes.I bought a pair for my mom about a week or two after I bought mine, and she is having the exact same issue. Holes in the heel of both boots. Overall these are cheap rain boots, but not worth a $40 purchase price since they only last 2 months. Will not buy again.

Love these boots. The polka dots look great and they fit well. They give you the right protection from the rain without going up to your calves. The only thing is that there is something in that way they are made that puts pressure on the heel - it feels like a bump under your heel. Not that much of an inconvenience as it's not a boot that you need to wear for long. I get lots of complements on them.

Boots have only been worn a handful of time in the rainy weather and they are crumbling, the sole has holes and is leaking leaving feet wet in minutes. Waste of money!
