The information in this book is not only helpful and informative, but presented in an easy read format. Keep it handy and pick it up when you have a few minutes to page through it. Joey Thurman does a great job at making the read enjoyable by combining humor and factual information. Its not just information, but information that can "save your life". Quick tips are clearly outlined and broken down in simple terms. I've always been somewhat health conscious and this helps me to take my lifestyle to another level. As I am reaching those "Golden Years" I have placed even more of an emphasis on living a healthy lifestyle. Many programs have you eating things that you don't care for making it a struggle to maintain your goals. This is a realistic approach.....and even gives tips on how to minimize the negative effects of the occasional short stack of pancakes! Grapefruit sales have skyrocketed since the release of this book..... Do your body a favor and pick up several copies.....pass them along to those you care about and help them improve their health....

Great ideas!
We get lots of "tips" on how to stay healthy and lose weight from Internet blogs but having 365 in one book is great.Some of Joey's hacks are tried and true methods but a vast majority I read for the first time in this book.Already made one of the bonus recipes in it as well and it's awesome!I'm picking up a couple more books to give out as gifts.

Definitely worth it
Great read folks if your looking to find a way to get out of the "I can't get fit" slump then look no further. This book has it all and this is coming from a guy who normally hates reading so trust me when I say that it's worth the read. So many myths are busted in this book when it comes to burning fat and eating healthy.

Joey Thurman's 365 Health and Fitness Hacks is a great tool. As a overweight person and reading this book, it makes me feel that I can do it, and I am. Some is common sense, some new thoughts but it all comes together for those aha moments, that we all need. 365 Health and Fitness Hacks published by BookBaby is a must in anyone's, fitness library.
