can mix Vital Fiber mixed with a hot beverage?

Thank you for contacting Vital Planet. Our Vital Fiber product can be mixed with a hot liquid. The heat from a beverage will not degrade the product. The fiber we use however does not dissolve in a hot beverage and will tend to settle to the bottom slightly after several minutes and would need to be stirred in order to get the full dosage of fiber.

Does this product has 13 grams of dietary fiber like the picture states? A reviewer said that the package says a much lower fiber content than the pic

The customer reviewing the product is only showing part of the label in the photo. The entire label shows a one-scoop and a two-scoop dosage option. The two-scoop option provides the full 13 grams of fiber. Hope this helps.

Can anyone explain why there is 100 calories in a fiber supplement?

The calories come mostly from the Flaxseed oil, with some calories coming from the pea and the hemp.

It says special ingredient is Psyllium. Then on the bottle it says it contains no psyllium. What's going on here?
