I have this particular doll, the package reads made in China. I have two other Ever After High Dolls that were made in Indonesia.

Is her hair really frizzy when she is out of the box

Mine wasn't but just a little at ends. If your doll hair is frizzy could be being in the box. I would return her if hair is that frizzy
