I'm using it folded in half.It's so soft, warm and comfortable around my waist.Glad that it was the right size for me.Depending on your dimensions, you may feel tight around your torso.Make sure to choose the right size for you!

This item is the perfect size, it stretches to fit the chest too! I was very happy with it. However, after wearing for 1 day, I find it is not breathable and retains moisture, forcing the heart to work harder when sweating in the cold. This is not good for anyone with heart issues. Probably fine for almost everyone else. I am looking for one of wool and or silk going forward. Still a good buy for most people. It stays up and fits under jeans and tight fitting snow pants. Also works over or under leggings.

I ordered this because I was looking for a reasonably priced back warmer for my flexibility training and circus arts classes. This is a nice thickness, seems durable, and offers reasonable warmth without being fleece or wool (much softer than wool for sure, less bulky than fleece, and offers more stretch/shape retainment than fleece). It is extraordinarily long - I am 5'2" and proportinate, but if I don't double the fabric in half it could easily cover from below my bum to over my shoulders. Still, I would order this again, just in another (darker and more professional) color. It will be useful for general warmth while I teach movement during the winter too, and really does help with cramps!

I bought this because I get stomach aches when my stomach gets cold. The material made of a soft stretchy fabric. One side has an elastic band to keep from slipping. It’s thin enough to fit under my clothes without any lines. Really great quality from Japan

I have a lovely long waffle weave cami top that I love, especially for around my period to keep my core warm, but it's getting old. Can't find another so I tried this as the next closest thing.First up this thing is LONG, 22" long. For reference I'm 5'6" 150 lbs, 31" waist 35" hip, and unfolded this covers me from under my boobs to thighs, folded in half covers underboob to hips. Unfortunately it's a bit tight, not terrible but it does make my innards ache a bit after a long day, so I can't use it during my period. Yet it's not tight enough to stay put, I find myself hiking it back up my ribs and retucking the bottom every few hours or so, regardless of which side gets the more elasticized ends.I really wanted love it, the cloth is soft and it's warm without itching or bulk. I don't hate it and might wear it occasionally if I'm not going anywhere or need something warm for under a dress.

I was looking for a Japanese haramaki. I found this to be quite good while sleeping; it keeps my belly warm. I ordered additional ones before they go out of stock. Definitely this is one of the best I found online.
