Twin Carburetor Rebuild Kit Replacement for Kawasaki CDk-2 750 900 1100 ZXI STX SXI TS X2 Xi SS Polaris Octane

I rebuilt my carb on my Kawasaki jet ski with this kit. The third time I went on the lake the carb messed up. After taking the carb apart I found the rubber tips on the needles came off and clogged the carb. I then put the old needles back in it and it runs great.

Like to jet ski!

No fault of seller or Amazon - but, for my 1996 Polaris SL and SLT, both with dual Keihin CDK II carbs --The fuel metering diaphragm in this kit has a center "nubbin" that is longer than OEM and is TOO LONG.When assembled, the longer nubbin pushes down on the fuel metering lever uncommanded, opening the fuel metering needle full open, resulting in tons of unwanted fuel dumping into the carb.I carefully ground mine down to match the OEM version, and that works./// This is a fault of the supplier / manufacturer, not the seller or Amazon.

I was not satisfied with the quality of any part in the rebuild kit. My old needle valve sealed better than the new one. All of the gaskets felt cheap and inferior. The rubber gaskets would not fit in the groove, I had to stretch them out to get them to fit. This kit was for two carburetors and both kits did not have complete gasket sets. Gaskets were either missing in each one. The vacuum diaphragms are also incorrect and have that long nub that will not work in these carburetors. I am returning these to buy a proper gasket kit.

Good parts have bought them before clips and hoses I didnt use didnt really have faith in them but other than that good product

It had all the gaskets necessary to rebuild the carbs on my 1998 kawasaki Xi 750 jet ski. It would have been nice to have the base gaskets included.

Good kit came with extra fuel line and filters. Good price for two kits for an older kawasaki jet ski.

Carb rebuild went without a hitch.
