Not my favorite
Most of the pilot holes were off, one of the pieces the instruction manual was very unclear on how to install. Some of the wood split when trying to assemble it, and sadly i didnt realize the bottom bed is not a twin sized bed. It is more like a cross between a twin and a toddler size. Thats my bad, it was probably in the specs. Used the L brackets they gave us to anchor to the wall and the first time my kid climbed up it the l brakets pulled the dry wall anchors out. Now I have gaping holes in my wall. If it was 1/2 the price ID be willing to say I got what I paid for, but im super dissapointrd in this bed. No real way to send it back once you start assembling it. Injust know its not going to make it to its expected useful life.

You get less than you pay for
The first thing I noticed were the warped boards. Laying flat on one corner, the worst of the bunch had a 4 inch bow measured from the ground up to the bowed tip. The cam lock nuts are incredibly cheap and I had one snap with minimal turning. The wall anchors that are supposed to anchor the bed are only fit for small picture frames, NOT a children's bed. Probably the most important thing to note: I was a professional furniture assembler for a decade and this thing still took me 2.5 hours to assemble. If you're brave enough to do it, bring a second body because there's some stuff that's near impossible to do alone.

This will require an assist
This is a beast to assemble. However, all parts were there. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. We broke a couple of places. Everything went well in the end and this is a great bed, with fantastic space saving capabilities. I was concerned with her climbing up and down… no issues at all. We are quite happy with this bed over all. Just be warned - it’ll take two people.

Not worth the price
Would not recommend or ever buy again, had to modify to make it work properly, hardware is trash, construction and design is poor quality for the price point, paint finish is inconsistent wood is cheap grade for price in my opinion

Worst purchase ever
This product is the hardest thing to put together because none of the holes match up and the instructions are terrible. Not mention you have to pay half of the price of the bed to return it! We paid over $700 for this bed that is now available for $499. It’s a rip off. Not worth it.

Had it for Only a month and it's falling apart
The quality sucks. Frame is cracking and not safe to sleep on. For $800 I thought this be a solid bed. The seller is only offering replacement parts, which is 25% of the whole thing.

Worst buy yet
We has some issues - honest review and do not waste your money in this.We had a missing part. There were parts that were miss label which added confusion and frustration. Due to the missing part, we could put the lower bed fully together.Once the loft was put together (besides the lower bunk) we had our daughter try it out. The whole thing was very wobbly. We checked every bolt and still it wobble as she climb. It was unsafe so we had to take it apart.When looking at the parts, some where cracked and made the bed unsafe.Worst buy ever. Wasted a day on building it judt to take to back down (from 9am til 4pm)
