This holds well. If you iron in place you will never get them to separate. The hold is that good, so make sure the adjustment is correct before you apply the heat.

I absolutely love this hemming tape. I don’t so well, but every pair of pants I buy have to be hemmed because I’m only 4 foot eight. This is the easiest solution I have ever came across. It looks nice. It’s easy to do it as easy as ironing your pants. It lasts through numerous washing’s. I have a pair of pants that I have been washed probably 20 times and it’s still holding up so I can’t tell you when it will stop holding up but I’m sure at some point in time I’ll have to iron more in, but it is well worth it to me.

I haven’t used this yet but I’m sure it will work well when needed for a quick hem or repair.

Shorties rejoice you can hem without sewing. I just hemmed some palazzo pants about 3 inches shorter with just this tape, some scissors, and an iron. I’ve never owned a sewing machine and have no skill in hanidcrafts whatsoever, but now I can wear my clothes the way they should fit. The instructions say to hold the iron for 20 seconds, but that might be the case for thicker fabric like denim because the thin fabric I was modifying needed only a few seconds to adhere and 20 seconds would have burned the fabric. The directions were helpful and clear.

Held up for one time use. Which can’t complain it got me through the even without having to sew.

I needed to shorten the length of some lightweight curtains that I was using for a doorway. I put my ironing board right up to the curtains, measured and cut and hemmed without even taking them down. Perfect.

Did not hold well, fell off the same day. Would not buy again.
