**Q: The kit comes with screw and rivets. Do I use both? If so do the screws fit inside the rivets somehow?**
A: Mine didn't have rivets. Now I don't know the answer. Sorry

**Q: Do I need a hand riveter?**
A: No not needed. Plug in and you are done

**Q: What size hole do you need to drill in the boat?**
A: We used a 1-inch hole saw attachment on the drill to make the holes in the pontoons of my Grandson's Pelican Bass Raider.  Don't forget to use a good sealant around the plugs.

**Q: came with no installation instructions? diameter of hole? silicone?**
A: Just drill a hole where you need a drain and pop it in.  Yes, a good sealer is recommended.  We used a 1-inch hole saw attachment on the drill to make the hole.
