Love it. The clippers cut very nicely

I loved it until it fell apart! The head fell off at the beginning of my fourth use. The two screws that held it in place went straight down the sink. If there was an address or phone number on the paperwork, I could at least get parts, but NO.Update: 2025. I took my sink drain apart and found 1 screw the next day and have been using it ever since with just the one screw and it has held together. I use it about once or twice a week and it has been working well. It does not bring my head down to a smooth surface but does better than any of my other clippers. If I want a smooth head I just take a couple of minutes and go over it with a razor.

I've been using this daily for over two months so far. I put 4 stars for "Light weight", because while sure it could be lighter if manufactured with plastic, that would cheapen it. The metal casing feels like surprisingly good quality for the price. If there were categories like quality or value, I would give those 5 stars. It cuts facial hair close enough where I don't bother shaving with blades anymore, so no more accidental facial cuts, in-grown hairs, or razor burn. It allows me to easily and quickly edge out my beard and clean up my neck and collar line. There is no cord to get in the way, which makes it possible to stand in the dry shower and let the clippings collect where they are easy to clean up. It allows me to easily reach back hair. I can use it several days in a row between charges. The attachments are handy for safely trimming sensitive areas. I like it so much I ordered a spare and started using the first one with an attachment to groom one of my dogs.

I bought this item in March 2023, this is December 2024 and is the first time I needed to recharge it. I am delighted with this very well-made, a little heavy, device. This is the one that handles the hair on the neck where the Norelco can't. Don't know what I would do without it. Highly recommended.

Not worth it. It looks nice and everything, but it doesn't really do the job it's supposed to do. I regret having bought it. One of the worse trimmers I've had.
