Excellent value and quality for the price
I ordered these one size smaller than my normal shoe size and they fit perfect. They have really good grip on the soles. They are sleek and fairly comfortable for a water shoe.

Looks great but fits large. Order one size smaller than street size.
I ordered these for an upcoming trip to Tulum, Mexico to be used when swimming around the cenotes. I'm a street size 8 and originally ordered the size 8 but when it arrived the length overshot my big toe by at least 3/4 inch. I ordered the size 7 and it fits perfectly. A bit snug but that's how water shoes should fit. When removing the shoe, the inside footbed slipped out but it's supposed to be removeable and can easily be slid back in so not a big deal. I'm a fan of Speedo gear generally (I have swim trunks in a matching blue) and these shoes look great. There's a lot of cheaper options available on Amazon but the negative reviews regarding the quality of those cheaper pairs is what would be expected so I stayed away from them and chose this instead. Hopefully paying a bit more for the Speedo brand and the related level of expected quality will stand the test of time, wear, and its intended purpose.------UPDATE (9/26/19):Tried these out at Sac Atun cenote (underground cave) in Mexico and these held up great. They were perfect for what I needed and very comfortable. Will be using these for all outdoor water adventures going forward and highly recommend!

First, Second, and Final Impressions
Usually wear a size 7 1/2 shoe and have a somewhat wide foot. Because Speedo brands tend to run smaller than their advertised size, I ordered a size 8. The ankle fits appropriately snug, but the challenge is the length. The shoe almost (almost) feels like one is wearing diving fins. But they appear durable and well-made. I will update as one wears them throughout the coming summer months. Not that it matters, but the color "navy/blue" is a bit lighter than shown on the computer screen (if you're a stickler for that sort of thing).UPDATE: June 29, 2017: Wore the shoes for the first time. Was at Hampton Beach, New Hampshire during a pouring rain and thunder & lightening storm. Stayed off the beach, but walked on the boardwalk where there are food vendors, arcade amusements, gift shops, etc. The shoes did a good job of sloshing through the huge puddles on the pavement, but to my disappointment, there is NO ARCH SUPPORT. The shoes are flat on the inside. Thus, if you have fallen arches or flat feet, this product may feel uncomfortable for you.FINAL UPDATE: August 1, 2017: Finally got to the beach. It is difficult to walk on dry sand with them. In that respect, they are similar to wearing street shoes on dry sand. And sand does get inside them. In terms of drying, it takes longer than airing them out overnight for them dry completely. Closer to a full day before the Surfwalker becomes completely dry again.BOTTOM LINE: A solidly made, good product. Though the design has its flaws (please see above) they are worth one's hard-earned money.Final Grade: B.

Good shoe
Good shoe, looks good. No traction around tiled surfaces. Not a fast drying shoe. Good overall.

Comfortable enough for what they are.
They fit and work well. I'm pleased with them. Great on the beach and for (short) walks. They get uncomfortable pretty quick on concrete. I'd buy them again.

Inside is too slick.
This sounds weird but the inside lining is too slick. My foot kept sliding around the inside heel the whole time. The size is right so it’s not like it’s too big. Then, it slipped again and that time I fell. I put these away for emergencies.

Great Shoes for Rocky/Shelly Beaches
I usually wear an 11 or an 11 1/2. Was tempted to buy a 12 just to make sure they wouldn't be too tight, but ended up buying the 11 instead...and I'm glad I did! These shoes work great for rocky/shelly ocean beaches, for slimy river bottoms, for paddle boarding, etc. They're a LITTLE hard to put on and don't provide a ton of arch support for people with high arches. But as long as you don't intend on wearing them all day every day as your primary walking shoes, the lack of arch support shouldn't be a problem at all.Without having any laces, I was nervous that they would fall off easily. That hasn't been an issue at all though! They are quite narrow, so not the best for people with wide feet...also causing them to look a little feminine...with the appearance looking almost like tap dance shoes.Very glad I bought these shoes!Update: after using these shoes for about six months, the insole on the right shoe keeps sliding up when I walk in them. Not a huge issue, as the texture of the shoe under the insole isn't bad. Just feels a little awkward when your toes are on a different texture than the rest of your foot is.Additional update: These shoes are not moisture wicking or repellent by any means like...say...Crocs are. They absorb water. And unless you're only wearing them at the pool, they're gonna start to smell REALLY bad after a while. Perhaps a water and vinegar solution soak treatment might help though.

My go-to shoe for pool, handy on sandy beach, good enough for some rocks
This Speedo Surfwalker “Pro 3.0” is far better than their Surfwalker “Rush” boat show style with higher sides that traps water in the footbed. Speedo dries faster than competitors I have tried. Tip: angle it up rather than leave on ground. The fabric does not appear to have a UPF rating but I can see from my tanline it provides some sun protection, whereas most water shoes have holes and sunburning the top of your foot is a pain. The foam insole comes out to help it dry overnight or launder. The insole overlaps my orthotic but develops an annoying a wrinkles over time - Speedo might be improving this problem. The black heel rubber eventually wears and starts leaving black streaks on tile and then I replace. The white heel looks nicer upon purchase but stains so I would only buy if perhaps only for pools. Swimming in the ocean any shoe gives piece of mind to put your foot down. The sole is strong enough for the parking lot or a short traverses over lava racks. For more, I upgrade to surf boots, Keens or the like.
