Works perfectly. Honestly, I can’t tell any difference between this cable and the original one that costs almost $40, and this one was only $14. Charging is fast and stable, it doesn’t overheat, and it doesn’t disconnect. The build quality feels solid and durable. I’ve been using it daily and so far it has performed flawlessly. Great option if you don’t want to overpay just for the brand name. Does exactly what it promises and is absolutely worth the price. Highly recommended.

Needed a power cord for my outdoor camera and this worked perfectly.

I'm updating my review because the company reached out to me and sent a replacement adapter - but there is a surprise ending. Important to note that I didn't ask for the replacement, nor was I asked to amend my review. This was proactive customer service. The irony is that having plugged in the second adapter, the camera still gave a 'no power' code. Bottom line is the camera software is faulty. I did some internet research and found this is a common problem. So thank you to OLAIKE for taking care of a customer. [Original review follows] First to be fair, I'm not positive my issue is from this product. My camera worked great and showed it was running on AC power for about a week after I connected it. Then it said it was no longer getting power. I double checked all connections, confirmed that my outlet was powered,brought my outdoor camera inside and re ran the power adapter from a different circuit- but still no power to the camera. So 3 options, it's either the transformer, the cable or the camera. The camera is new so seems least likely, but without buying a new cable and adapter (or testing with a voltage meter which i don't own) I have no easy way to know where the problem lies.

I confirmed these do work with my 3rd gen Ring stick up battery cameras, but not as fully expected. But they did fix the issue with not recording through window glass, which is the main reason I bought them. As soon as they were in wired mode, they immediately started detecting motion events through my windows. 1. Remove rubber plug from back of camera. I stored my plug inside the twist off base to reach the battery compartment. 2. Remove battery. 3. Plug in this power cord. 4. As of January 2026, go to Device Settings > Power Management > Power Mode, and change to Wired mode. 5. Go through guided setup steps. You’ll be continuously powered now, so consider increasing sensitivity and length of recording time, since you don’t depend on battery. 6. Once finished, reinstall the battery. This will be a backup if your power goes out. 7. If you run into issues during guided setup, delete your camera device and reinstall it fresh. Make sure to download any previously recorded events you want to save first. Then, expect to get persistent error messages saying that your camera has lost power, or that it’s on a solar charger. Neither of these are true. It’s powering your camera and charging your battery. Overall happy with them, will update if they burn out or have other problems over time.

So far it has worked perfectly. Very happy with this product. No more changing the batteries in the winter, on the ladder, in the back yard.

It came with the US parallel pin power plug, so an adaptor would be required for Australian or AU power points. Other than that it worked just fine.

The cable and adapter were as described, inexpensive and delivered on time. I was able to hook the unit up and it has been able to maintain the batteries in the exterior camera. The temps have been down to -15c and the camera has remained charged. Just waiting to see how it does when we go to -35, or so this winter. I assume we will not have much for issues.

I connected it and it’s been working just fine. Battery always at 100%. I have no problem recommending it.
