Corsair K100 RGB Mechanical Gaming Keyboard (CHERRY MX SPEED Keyswitches: Linear and Rapid, Leatherette Palm Rest, PBT Double-Shot Keycaps, Elgato Stream Deck Integration) QWERTY, Black

I have been using a Logitech G610 keyboard for many years and it's still going strong, but decided to move that to my office at work and search for a replacement for home. After the requisite online research, I decided to try this Corsair keyboard, in part because i have a Corsair monitor and various Elgato products and have found them to be high quality, reliable and the software is kept up-to-date. I got it cheaper from Amazon Warehouse and arrived in perfect condition. So far the K100 RGB has proved to be a good buy. The RGB lighting is excellent and fully adjustable in software. I have it set up with white backlighting on the keys and coloured waves around the base. It looks wonderful! The construction is a solid mix of metal and plastic and it looks and feels like it will last a long time. A glossy strip along the top of the keyboard might be a bit of a fingerprint magnet but that might make me keep the keyboard clean! The keys themselves are removeable (come with a tool to do this). They are clicky enough for me, not too noisy and very comfortable to use. Recommended.

Amazing keyboard. Been looking at it for months now and finally bought it. Love the keyboard, still getting used to it but its amazing, especially for gaming and the keys come off nicely. Love all the settings and the feel.

perfect keyboard for gaming, with the customizable hotkeys and the beautiful RGB colours, its the perfect keyboard, the extra USB port on the rear is a real help also. having the option to customize buttons and colours to express hotkeys for different games is such a time saving and clever addition

Outstanding product! I love the feeling it gives you when typing, the speed is just amazing and it goes amazingly well the ICUE software. A bit expensive but i would totally recommend this product!!!

Positive touch Robust Food crumb proof Awful control software

I bought this based on how much I liked the K70 (white) which my other half owns - but I wanted the faux leather wrist rest and extra macro keys. Upon unboxing the keyboard, I was thoroughly disappointed with the apparent quality and a couple of the design decisions, honestly the k70 is a more coherent design and has a better quality finish in my opinion, the wrist rest was not even a convincing imitation of leather. However I decided to at least give it a week to see how it fairs. I have now had it a couple of months and actually I do like it- it is very tactile and comfortable to use, which is what I primarily wanted. As it happens, I’m not a RGB fan at all - but I find having certain keys lit up quite helpful, turns out the customisation is quite outstanding for this with icue but it’s difficult to understand how to do it. I hate the icue scroll wheel thing and the media buttons are much better on the k70, these two features really let the quality down, but I like it otherwise, it does what it meant to do very well.

As someone who has been using a basic dell keyboard this whole time I have to admit this k100 is amazing the feel the way it looks and even typing feels nice

Keyboard Perfection, little bit pricey but i think its really worth it. I can't imagine gaming without this. Mechanical Keyboard Perfection

subject says it all, I can see some reviews in corsair forum that im not the only one having the same issue, im returning the product, this is a waste of time for a hefty price.
