Bought for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. All the extras make it great for gift giving. Good quality and beautiful. Good variety of incense as well.

It's sort of cute, and definitely cool when it works. However, there are two major problems with it: #1 is the spot where you are supposed to place the incense cones is neither flat nor level. You have to be willing to spend some time getting a cone to actually stand up on it. And there is no guarantee that the hole in the top and the hole in the cone will align properly. #2 - the extremely shallow hole for holding incense sticks is placed so that the sticks point the wrong way; the ash falls on the felt pad for underneath the burner instead of into the burner...Concept - AExecution - C-

Have to turn off the fan and the ac for it work correctly.. but the scent is nice

Very disappointed with this item, first of all the colour of the items is dark green, whereas the picture on Amazon shows light green. With the dark colour you can hardly see the smoke flow as described. Secondly the smoke does not flow as described in the description. Definitely not worth the money I paid and does nothing for my mood as described. Would not recommend this item.The hole where the incense stick is jammed so cannot light the sticks and all sticks break.

I've never made a review or a complaint ..but this is total rubbish and a complete waste of money.Cones smell of nothing but burnt wood.Smoke flow is hardly recognisable and and any tiny draught or even if you breath!... its just wafted smoke .Do bother...

Dangerous, cones just sit behind the top unsupported, if knocked could start fire, tried 2 different cones both smelled of burnt wood and did not cascade as shown on website, I am returning item tomorrow

The aroma smells like burnt paper, we had to discard of the scent.It's very presentable, and pretty but the smell is awful, we can't get rid of the awful Smell. My son asthmatic and its really affected his breathing and chest.I would not recommend...
