This backpack is a great addition to our school supplies. It rolls like a dream, has a durable shell, and solid seams. The color is a really nice blue and will really help with all the books my kid has to carry this year. It’s a huge plus that there are three pockets, and it has a wide enough base that it doesn’t tip easily so long as it isn’t front-loaded.My older child has owned this same backpack for four years now and it is still going strong. It has even survived a forgotten school lunch in the front pocket (so very gross) and the lining cleaned up well with dish soap scrubbing and antibacterial wipes. I thought it was a goner for sure.I would recommend teaching kids to lift from the top handle of the backpack rather than the telescoping rolling handle when going up stairs. We have had a few friends break theirs using it improperly to lift. Otherwise, it seems really durable.

It is high quality and will last no matter how much you abuse it and over pack it. This thing lasts!I've used it to wheel heavy cans and groceries home when I shop after going to classes.I packed an entire deskful of stuff in it when I was moving home from the dorms and left it packed to the gills for two weeks while I set up my new desk in my old bedroom (dorm food sucks I'm staying home)I once spilled about two cups of pomegranite juice in the middle compartment and while it did take some effort to get it all out and dry - it never got my textbooks wet. Funny thing, as I was using five pounds of disposable handtowels drying this backpack out, my first thought when I saw the clean textbooks was "I gotta tell the people on Amazon about this!" It is almost 100% waterproof as far as I know, it also takes sweating waterbottles and lunchboxes without getting mildew smelling.I've used it as a desk when I was taking open book chemistry tests in a theatre (which doubles as a classroom for math, biology and chemistry as it is a large room) the top was tall enough to hold my open textbook and the side pocket (big enough to hold a two liter but secure enought to hold a one liter) made my extra pencils and calculator easy to reach.I live in Alaska, this bag spends most of its life 2 inches in snow and twice a year it tends to get constantly swung around by the handle as I get on and off shuttles and dodge numerous piles of ducksh*t (ALL canadian geese fly over UAA I swear!) In the summer all the gravel that is laid down as traction is scattered everywhere all over Alaska, it even gets tracked into all of the buildings here (it's called Break-up and it sucks) and so this thing has been rolled over lots of gravel. Everyonce in a while a loose stone gets caught in the wheel works and the wheel jams up but it's a two second fix you just have to dig out the stone.Point is the wheels don't even look like they are scratched yet, I do have to keep re-tightening a screw in the middle of the handle or I can't collapse it but it takes two seconds and a pen - big deal.It holds all of the rest of my bags combined including my laptop bag. It is too large for the days where you only have one class so I use my laptop bag for those days.The bad thing about this backpack is that it weighs two pounds by itself as it is weighted (and will definately not fall over). The straps are a pain to hook, unhook and tuck away when I want to carry it for 5 minutes then roll it for five, then carry it for five depending on which building I'm walking through. With my old rolling backpack I was able to throw the straps over the handle and it took two seconds to convert it, not a full minute.I also wear a 4X T-Shirt (Womens) and have no trouble with the straps, getting it on and off isn't a problem but I don't think a 5X could wear this backpack.PROSWide WheelsHolds an amazing amount of stuffAt least 90% waterproof.Will not fall overConsHeavyStraps annoy me just a littleOnly fits up to a 4x (Womens sizes, not mens)This backpack is built for those who need to haul around a lot of stuff, it is designed to roll around everywhere, not to be carried. I have used Jansport rolling backpacks for many years, and have enjoyed the flexibility of their design. They are very convenient to take on trips. There is an internal computer pocket, and many convenient other zippable smaller pockets of sort and keep track of smaller item. It is big enough to carry a few books or alternately a change of clothing. I gave it only for stars because the previous versions I have had were not super robust in the context of normal usage wear and tear.

From 6th grade, schools don’t provide the locker to keep their books and stationeries on their schools. So we tried many bags which can hold all these items in a single bag and carry it every day especially kids are using the school bus. This single bag which can hold all their books, chrome book, lunch box, water bottle and other stationeries. Also it has wheels, so kids don’t carry it. Just they roll it. Also it is sturdy, don’t sag when there is more weight. Highly recommended. Give it a try!!!
