I keep it in there until it gets low and then fill it up again. I keep it in the refrigerator to keep it good too.

No, you cannot see through the bag, but it makes feeding hummingbirds EASY!

Hello. There is no "window" in the pouch where you can see through to the product inside. The material used to construct the pouch is essentially the same type as the previous pouch. They are foil lined, so as to allow us to "hot-pack" our product. This allows us to fill at a high enough temperature where the use of potentially harmful preservatives are not required. The colors and cut-outs were changed from the old design to better match our other products is all. Hope this helps!
