Rubbish
Having taken various Cordyceps Extracts in the past, I know what effects I'm looking for when taking this medicinal mushroom. Unfortunately this product provided no noticeable effects, even when doubling up the recommended dose from 500mg daily to 1g. The fact the company does not mention beta glucan content in the extract should've been a red flag for me to avoid it. This product has been a complete waste of money and I cannot recommend it.
