Had a decorative scented candle light for melting scented wax. Got too hot to use. Replaced wiring and bulb holder now we can show off the light even using as a night light when desired.

I needed a craft light fixture for a lantern project I was making. I found this product and decided to give it a try. I am very satisfied as it worked for me perfectly. It was easy to wire and gave the amount of light I required. I did change to an LED bulb to avoid the heat buildup created by the included incandescent light bulb. There was nothing wrong with it, and it may work great in some applications, just not mine. Overall this product was reasonably priced, it worked well, and I would definitely buy it again. I would also recommend it to fellow crafters, friends, and family.

Easy to install and worked well for a woodworking project I made for a family member. The only thing I wish they would have, is a longer tube / cable!

This is a great little light kit. However, if you are using it for anything other than a little Christmas tree, be aware of the measurements you need. I bought this to replace the wiring on a lamp I purchased in Turkey. The bulb mount and plug were European. The issue I ran into with this is that the distance between the on/off switch and the lamp holder is just about a foot and a half. If you feel comfortable re-splicing the switch like I did, you'll be fine. They certainly give you a long enough cord. Just keep this in mind if you are using it for other purposes.

The ceramic Christmas Tree was made in the 1960s by my grandmother, given to my niece. But, the lamp base was broken years ago resulting in a photon free tree. I ordered this kit on Amazon not knowing a head of time that lamp wiring kits were available and was delighted tho find it. So, got it and fabricated a wooden lamp/tree base that would support the tree, safely hold the new fixture in place, and make it look like it was meant to be. I was very pleased this new tree lamp turned out so well…and my niece is delighted to have the tree emitting Christmas photons once again. Would definitely recommend this little kit.

This was as described by the seller, packaged well, and arrived in a timely manner. The instructions were easy to follow with a good diagram to follow especial when that fancy knot style with the cording is necessary. I used this for a vintage ceramic Christmas tree which was not too large maybe 10 inches high. I will see if I need to get a brighter late when I start lighting this during the Christmas holidays. It is a 15 w, and I may go us to a 25w finding one that has that same base. I am pleased with my purchase.
