The product is lovely. The inscence burns very quickly and the effect doesn't last long. However it is beautiful to watch it and its relaxing it just doesn't last very lond

This is a lovely product but the cones don't burn for long before they are done. They do smell lovely and the waterfall of smoke is very soothing.

Not anything like what’s in the image, really disappointed. The image clearly shows a nice rustic metallic brown, this is dull and grey looking. Clearly an item that is defected. Can’t believe I’ve been sold this. I don’t care to try it out. I’ll be sending it back and demanding a refund.

burner looks good all the rest is rubbish and only smells of burning wood lasted less than 10 min have returned it box arrived almost open and contents all over the place sorry cant recommend it .

They all smell the same which is not great. If there is the slightest draft it doesn't create the waterfall effect. When it does work it looks very pretty though and it is relaxing to watch.

Bought for my daughter in her new appt. she loves it. I find the scent a bit heavy but my daughter said it’s a nice scent.The effect of the smoke rolling down like a fountain is very relaxing and hypnotic.

I loved it! Although I think the cone incense burns too fast, and the fact that no movement can be done close to the support (if you want the smoke to flow smootlhy), it is great. I'm very satisfied.
